drivers for motherboard

i was told to reinstall drivers for my motherboard beacuase of a SiSUSBrg.exe problem. i have model S746FX. i just dont know what option to pick on the Syntax website. please help. heres the link with options

yes but i need to know which drivers i need to fix that stupid error pop up. there are many options for my model and im just not sure which one i need. please be patient with me i am not that computer savvy.
