I am having a problem opening a folder of photographs on any application I have installed. This is the error that windows is reporting.

C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\afbb_appcompat.txt

Please help.

What are the contents of this file? afbb_appcompat.txt
