im tryin to reformat my windows xp computer, and i go and boot from the cd, and then it ask me if i agree with the terms, it says press F8 to agree, but when i press F8 nothin happens, what should i do peoples?

Try another keyboard. Maybe your F8 key is faulty.

Many newer keyboard have a FUNCTION LOCK key...the default for these keyboards is function keys are off at boot.

Look for FLOCK, press it, and you will likely see a light come on, indicating Function keys are accessible
