please help

i tried to install the sims2 on the computer this morning and it asks me for a serial number and i dont have one on my disc case... do you know where i get this so i can try to install it on my computer.

Howdy and welcome to G2G:

So where did you get the game from?? If it is a legitimate cd, then the serial number would be on the case or the documentation for the game (possibly on the packaging it came in)..

i got the game at Target.... i looked in the whole book it came in but nothing was there. Do you think that they scamed me? I need the info for my niece...

If the game maker didnt include the cd key then take it back to where you bought it and tell them you would like a replacement. Tell them it didnt have a cd key at all in the package.

Its not targets fault.
