[Stormrider]

Since about two weeks, I've got a real problem which I had never before.

After a while surfing in the internet sondenly a programm opens!
the topic:

"Thank you for choosing to be on our web site"

I cannot close it befor I select a modem to connect with them. Also it costs much money.
When i ignore it, it opens twice and on and on.
At the moment the prog is opened 9 times.

What can I do???
