IE, homepage New York Times.
Whenever I try and click on an article I get an error message. My msn connection speed is set on 'fastest'
any help appreciated.
Merry Christmas..........
I'm thinking about FIREFOX or a MAC for the new year

I get
PROGRAM IS NOT RESPONDING
the error data on the report to microsoft is
Error Sig

SZAppName:ieexplor.exe szAppVer 6.02900.2180
SZModName:hungapp
SZModVer:0000 offset 00000000

then on the error detaails
C:\docume~\owner\locals~1\Temp\WERd1a1.
dir00\iexplore.exe.mdmp
dir\00\appcompat.txt

I do not have any shareware downloaded
Run AdAware and Norton 2005 religiously
Hope I got all those numbers right

Go to C:\DOCUME~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\

Click Edit> Select All and then press the delete key.

Also empty your Internet Explorer Cache and delete all cookies (this can be done by opening Internet Explorer and clicking Tools> Internet Options).

You can also run CleanUp!

Please download CleanUp! - Download - HomePage
Install and run. Click on the button labeled CleanUp!.

When it finishes it will prompt you to restart Windows - there will be one or two files it cannot delete when Windows is running - however, they will be deleted next time Windows starts up.

See if that helps.

I ran CleanUp! but it didn't work, still get the Hungapp error message.
Thanks for trying, perhaps I'll just have to live with the quirkon the Mighty Dell
Odd, I can still get to the story links from my dinky dell-laptop.

Try seeing if applying all available Microsoft updates helps.
