Hello,

I am new here and I need help. After installing all six disk I get an error saying that there is an unresolvable error and leads me to direct x. I have the latest version of direct x installed and cant understand why I have problems.

Thanks for any suggestions

Hey StoogieSmoke!

Try these steps: They should would let me know...

Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card, sound card and motherboard.

Make sure all unnecessary background tasks have been closed.

Try setting the hardware acceleration for your sound card to Basic acceleration.

Try downloading DirectX from the Microsoft site and reinstalling it.

Try getting the newest drivers directx 9.0c and your video card drivers.

If it still doesnt work after you try that again then you probably need a new video card like many others....
