when my computers on stand-by it goes back on if i so much as move the mouse, is there a way to change these settings?

Hi and welcome go Geeks to Go. Go to start, windows help and support (the blue ?) and do a search on standby settings. You will get a display of the information you are looking for. Just view the results.
