i surrender..
i tried everyting upgrade sp1 +2 ( couldn't upgrade!)
no viruses
security ( at risk)
what should i do??
i have windows xp professional
cd product key is incorrect and its correct..
i can't run any program ( msn messenger,notebad,winzip.etc..)
bottom of line..... computer screwed up!!!!!! :cheers: :cheers:

Can you do rollback on your windows xp box to a date when it was working. If necessary, you can reboot the xp operating system in Safe mode and roll back using the admin account. In you hijack this, I noted a number of issues with Spyware. The info Best Techie had looked good but I'd try this first.
