I don't mean to be rude, but why not make it easier for people to help you then asking us to leap through hoops to help you?

I'm helping about 30 different people at the moment and that kind of "me" attitude really turns me off.

As near as I can tell from your limited explanation you're talking about the windows theme.

Windows comes with a few default themes, but many are available with third party themes like stylexp, available here

a free alternative would be to google uxtheme, which will allow you to install many themes for free (though some of the better themes do not work this way).

I believe the look you are referencing is the default windows xp pro theme, and you have xp home.

There is a default theme ROYALE, available from Microsoft that will work with any windows installation
