explorer keeps crashing!

after getting on internet explorer for about 15 minutes it crashes to the desktop. can anyone help? im on firefox right now haha.

crash explorer

then
start > run
eventvwr.msc
<enter>

under APPLICATIONS, copy the results of the crash report
