Philips SA235 and Musicmatch

I recently purchased an Philips SA235 MP3 player for my wife for christmas. Installed it and it works fine. The only problem is that it is supposed to be already supported by the Musicmatch Jukebox and no plug-in needed. Well it worked fine and dandy like twice through Musicmatch, now it tells me I need a plug-in and to check if my device is connected. Well of course it is connected. And I check for a plug in, but no such plug in exists, due to the fact that they claim it is already supported. Anyone have any ideas??
