Hello everyone;

I am having major problems with MSN Messenger. Everytime I go to send my webcam, or when I try to send a file, I am disconnected from the Internet. I have to go and unplug my modem and switch to reset them. I have no problem sending outgoing emails using Outlook, so I am assuming the problem lies with MSN Messenger.

I am using WindowsXP SP1, I have ADSL and a I am connected to the net through a switch (PCI FX-05IS - http://www.planex.co...b/fx05is.shtml). I am not using a firewall.

Will someone please help me? This is very troubling because I use the Internet to communicate with my family and friends back home on the other side of the world.
