My friend's laptop is severely infected with malware (I'm in control of that). However, he does not have Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000. Since the file is 129.4MB I downloaded it to a cd. He is going to bring the laptop over for me to fix and I'm going to install service pack 4. I have never installed this service pack before. Is there anything that I should know before going into the installation? Anything that could happen? Thanks.

i have not heard of anything

. but im just still in geek u (training) so you should probably wait for one of the staff members opion but i whould say go ahead and if you encounter any problems just post them here :tazz:
