I keep getting a notice that DrWatson Postmortum Debugger has shut down. It is effecting my computer. How do I fix the problem?

I keep getting the Dr Watson Postmortem window thing too for a day and a half. I cannot open any folders on my desktop. I cannot open MY COMPUTER or any disk drives. It's very annoying. At least I still have access to the internet. Please tell me how to get rid of this "Dr. Watson" nuisance...it's going to be the death of me.
