Invalid Backweb

Here's my Hijackthis log. Upon startup, two boxes come up, one saying "Invalid Baclweb
ID 137903" and another saying "Kodak Software updater" (no app seperator)"
I can access the internet, but after awhile, I lose connection, then an small icon comes up in the bottom right-hand side of my screen, along with the icons of other programs that are running. When i click on this icon, it says that there is no connection and that my IP address could not be renewed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).

Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files/folders (if found):

C:\WINDOWS\System32\ALCXMNTR.EXE

Reboot your PC.

Thanks for your help. I still have aproblem of connecting to the internet. I tired using the Windows repair tool to fix the problem and it says that it could not be fixed and that it could not renew my IP adddress. The only way that I can connect online is to shut down the computer, then turn off all power, then reboot. Any ideas?
