I am looking for software, preferably free, that will convert a PDF file into a text file to feed into a word processor. I use Works.

Most PDF files you can select the text in the document via drag and drop and then just do a normal copy and paste into Word or whatever. And this can usually be done with the standard Adobe Reader program.

If the file is locked, can you do that? I haven't been able to.
