Updated Flash Player Will Not download

I have tried numerous times to download an updated Flash Player with no results. I downloaded Shock with no problem. I have contacted Macromedia several times and they have been no help at all.

When I hit "download", it doesn't do anything.

Is anyone familiar with this problem? I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
