Limewire - disconnects

Why when I am on Limewire/p2p sites do I lose my internet connection? The icon on the taskbar still blinks, but the connection has failed. I then have to restart the computer before I can connect again.

I am sorry but over the summer programs like limewire that are used to steal music, and stealing music where deamed illegal by the United States Supreme Court. unfortunetly due to the forum rules we are not authorized to help you with this program or other problems on your computer. i am sorry for this inconvience but this is the boards policy.
