My HD is 160 GB. One partition is showing only 50 GB. Second partition does not exist at all.
My guess is that during the WinXp installation process, the second partition was not created.
Do I have to reinstall WinXP?

If the second partition isn't formatted it won't show up in My Computer.

Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management. In there go to Disk Management.

Post a screengrab of what you see in Disk Management. You'll probably going to be looking at a big chunk of Unpartitioned or Unallocated space.
