Winfixer? (i think) + other issues its my dads computer i need to help him get rid of this stuff asap

I have posted a hijack this log from my dads computer he has tons of spyware so i figured you guys could help me fix this thing up. The background has 10+ Iexploer processes which can only be seen in the task window after doing ctrl alt delete and trying to log on the internet via internet explorer is impossible due to all the junk that pops up and redirects etc not only that but the cpu is VERY slow at starting up


the first log is of GUEST which we use because the main account has to much spyware and is 2 slow
