I keep getting the following pop up at different times. Is there a way to get rid of it.

You are infected with malware and you need to go to the malware section, follow the instructions at the top, and if the problem persists, post a hijackthis log there.

But please follow the instructions at the top first...it will clean 70-80 percent of infections and you may save yourself time waiting in line.
