Imagine using your computer and have that thing on the bottom of your screen, think of how annoying that would be. Now add a pop up noise that goes off every 11 seconds. This NEVER goes away, I have to turn my speakers off if im not playing music so I don't go insane.

I used Norton, Spybot, Ad-Aware and it still did not go away. When I click on it I will automatically download and install a program called "SpyAxe 3.0" that I have to pay for to use.

Please help me out.

Howdy and welcome to G2G:

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions HERE

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in The Malware Forum
If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
