I have about 20 Outlook Rules set up - all of them move an incoming message to a folder, and then stop processing more rules.

Certain rules get deactivated - I think that this may happen when the rule is used.

Any ideas?

Keith,

I am not sure IU understand what you mean. The rules are of the form:-

Apply this rule after a message arrives
xxxxx
move it to the xyz folder
and stop processing more rules

where xxxxx is either:-

from one or more email addresses
or
with xyz in senders address

Mine are set so that the tick is removed from the top then the only thing ticked is with specific words in the sender's address, then they are sent to a folder. Avoid adding [email protected] as this will cause any from the same @.com to go there, so I only put joepublic and not [email protected]
