Right i know theres a few topics already on here but i think this may be a little different, anyway

My I.E does open up it just dont load anything i cant open ''Tools'' at the top nothing work's its there just dead also there's no repair in ''Fix & Repair Programs'' also my XP was already installed when i got the PC so i dont have a boot disk to reinstall I.E or anything,

What would you guys advise :tazz:
