Man, sorry, just busy as heck. I want you to choose the above folder in the left pane

Then File Export -- call it temp.reg

Then I want you to right click it again, select DELETE



Reboot. Now try right clicking a file. I am pretty certain this is the little bugger that was left behind that is causing all your grief.

p.s. if that fixes the issue, throw out temp.reg

Great news! Boy am I glad....had to install it on a test bed and figure out what setting it was leaving behind and was pretty sure that would take care of it.

That is one pervasive piece of software. I wish I had saved the install log...literally hundreds of registry settings to comb through
