Hi,I in mistake deleted my video file with 20GB of size.Is there possibility to restore it??

Click file recovery, choose show only files in good condition, save to a folder you create for it, if the file shows then restore to the folder then you can move it from there if it is any good

I tried that but it didn't show up.I just deleted 5 minutes ago.
Is it still possible to recover even that big file??

There are companies which guarantee to recover data but they can be expensive
