OK, Just got a wonderful new 2gb ipod nano for xmas. Small problem though - it doesnt show up in itunes. I dont think its an ipod problem as I can access the ipod from My Computer, its just the itunes thing. Every time I plug it in and start itunes an error message flashes up ; ("The software required for communicating with the iPod is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes to install the iPod's software.") I have reinstalled both many times, have gone to apple for help but they seem to be having a slow holiday, and am at my wits end. Can anyone help me out?
