Here are the error messages " Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running."
when I click on print spooler properties The startup type is set at Automatic, Service status is stopped when click on start I get this error message "Could not start Print Spooler on Local Computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start." How do I fix this problem? Thanks.

Also how do you uninstall lexbces.exe file, I think this is causing the problem.

I had a Lexmark about two years ago. I now have a Canon, I lost all my printers I had intalled two days ago after I had spyware & pop up problems, now I'm trying to install my printer, but I can't because of my add printer wizard is not working.

The installer should run from the software CD, or you can download the drivers for it

This will replace any files lost when the spyware was removed

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, you need the XP CD

System File Check will show a blue progress bar, reboot when the bar goes

If you still have a problem installing

Please go here:
