Problems started about 3 days ago. Prior to problems starting, I had not installed any new hardware or software. Kids were playing neopets.com (I generally don't let the kids on my computer, however, with everyone home for the holidays, there just weren't enough computers to go around to keep everyone occupied and I relented.
I am having the following problems:
1- A box pops up every once in a while asking me to choose a profile. The options are Outlook, PSTLoadTmp000, PSTLoadTmp001, etc up to 004
2-The lights on the Linksys Wiresless B Broadband Router blink at a high rate- all the lights, not just the light for #4 (the one my computer is connected to via cable). This happens when kids go to Neopets.com on my computer and they have to keep refreshing because the entire page won't load. It's as though all of the computers connected via cable are accessing the interenet at the same time over and over. I have 3 connected with cable and one computer accessing via wireless connection.
3-Interenet Explorer has had to shut down due to errors. I clicked send report to microsoft and get back a reply that it has something to do with a device driver. I went to dell.com and made sure I had the most up to date drivers. I had to download & install a video driver, everything else ok. Problem still exists.
4- Blue Screen with white letters - windows halted. This happened once.
