every time I try to play a video media file on win xp, no matter with what program I play it with, instead of being
displayed normally the frame of the file being played is a REALLY narrow horizontal rectangle, which makes it impossible to wach, and I know it's not just the files, because I played them in others' computers and it's all fine then..
even in full screen mode I only see a really thin line with the movie in it..
how can I fix this? :tazz:

thanks to whoever helps.
