I need assistance in removing an continual pop up that I've been getting for the last month or so. I've downloaded Spybot and did a disk clean up but still the ad still remains. My computer is extremely slow, when you log into your menu and now we're having problems when using Microsoft Fax Wizard, it's sometimes drops offline, or says it cannot find the server. I'm not sure if these other problems are connected to the Winfix Pop Up problems we've been having, but we've never had problems like this before. I'm hoping you can walk me through the steps I need to go through to fix these problems. I appreciate whatever help you can give me.
