im new at adware removal. i get these erratic adware pop ups that come in groups of about 4. i have
spybot and norton and all these programs downloaded and i scan constantly but to no avail. there is a program that spybot finds called commandprompt but it cant delete it. it says that its still in memory. i dont know what program it runs through, so i cant stop it. heres my hijackthis file. can anyone see anything suspicious?

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

Please do not give malware advice in this forum...indeed, please do not give malware advice at all on this site without going through our formal training process

We are always grateful for help, and if you are interested in joining to fight malware please go here:
http://www.geekstogo...ek-U-t4817.html

This DOES NOT apply to general computer advice, however.

When it comes to Malware, though, we have a very specific process we go through to ensure malware is completely removed, and, so if something goes wrong in a removal, we can fix it.

.... Dude come on He's just playing by the rules...
Without rule we would all be monkeys on a try flinging our own crap at each other.
As a new member you should do your part and read the forum rules and posting rules first.
Also you have to realize that on this site malware and adware advice are given by trained geeks only.

I'm sorry you took that as harsh, Mahesh Vhatkar

It was not intended as such

I said please several times, I asked you to join and learn how to fight malware and even pointed out that general computer help is welcome, just not malware.

Once again, I'm sorry if that was not conveyed properly.
