:tazz: Hi all,
I need some help. Well my sister actually. Her keyboard keys do not opperate in the proper sequence... they are all messed up.
She can't come and type her questions... because her keys are well, all messed up. But she will be able to read your advice & follow your instructions.

She did get this message to me.

"keys rong

',.pyfgcrl/=aoeuidhtns-;qjkxbmwvz"

As you can see they are really messed up.
She has run her spyware & virus scans.
Any advice? She uses windows 2000

Thanks in advance

your welcome...glad we could help....

since we don't know why the region got changed..i would suggest taking a trip through the malware forum just for good measure...

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
