Hi, i can't seem to open my computer/control panel or most of the other programs in my laptop. Also i don't have a volume control for some reason. i don't see the volume control in my taskbar anymore and when i pay videos or music theres no sound. I tried turning on/off the volume manually but it doesn't even show if my volume is going up or down. Somebody please help!

Click start then right click my computer, click properties, hardware, device manager

Look at the soundcard to see if you have any yellow question or exclamation marks
