after selecting a user on the XP Professional page, there are two windows that pops up saying

1. " Explorer.exe - Application error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)
Click ok to terminate the app."

2. "RUNDLL
Error loading newdev.dll
Invalid access to memory locations"

I can access the task manager, and it shows that there are many processes running but no applications running

Please help
