Try this method:
1. Open your AOL access page.
2. Click on your "Favorites" folder.
3. Click on "Save/Replace."
4. When the "Save/Replace" window opens, select "Save" and click OK.
5. You will now be able to save these files to disk (this will also serve as a back up copy - or save to your desktop).
6. Open Internet Explorer.
7. Click on File and select "Import and Export."
8. A "Welcome to the Import/Export Wizard" window will appear, click Next to continue.
