I have a Toshiba Portege 7200 series laptop, very old, purchased in 2001. I currently have 192MB RAM (1x64MB & 1x128MB). I want to replace the 64MB with either another 128MB or a 256MB but I do not know which RAM I have to buy. I tried to check with Lavalys Everest & no luck. I do not know the voltage the RAM works at neither do I know which exact RAM type I have to buy. Anyone know how I could find out those things ?

here's a manual for what i think is your laptop (its a 7200ct) it says it can hold up to 320MB of SODIMM PC100 SDRAM at 3.3v and 100mhz...by the descriptoin..i think it will only hold either 64 mb chips or 128...though...i'm not sure on that

There is an insufficient amount of reviews to be honest to judge which is better, other than the price. Any recommendation ?

Sorry for such a delayed response btw and thanks for your help.
