Norton anti-virus tells me I have a virus they identify as Download trojan. It is located in file C:Windows/System32/Browsela.dll. Norton cannot quarantine, repair or delete it, nor can Ad-Aware or Spybot. I cannot delete the file using Windows even in safe mode and I have tried a utility called GiPo with no success. Anyone know how I can get rid of this file?
