i was trying to download a desktop theme from aol download center but my computer asks what i should open it with and it shows my program like internet explore and some others does any one know what program i should use to open and use it

what is kind of desktop theme is it? Is it a visual style, a basic xp theme, or a shell?

its suppose to change the wallpaper and change the icons and i guess some have music http://themes.myqth.com/ heres one of the places u can download them from

ok i did have to find a program..
i guess because i have microsoft me that it did not come with a program called plus! like the older versions did so i had to download desktop architect from the site i had put on the other post .
i also had to download winzip to unzip the files
