If 2 IP address share the same first six numbers does that mean anything about their location? IE: same country, same city? They are both proxy IP addresses.

Thanks!

We cannot help you find someone using their IP, that is IP tracing.

The question you pose is a little different tho.

First you have to understand Proxy. If you connect through a proxy, your location appears to be wherever that proxy is located. I am in Michigan. If I connect through a proxy in your hometown, I would appear to be from your hometown.

As for the rest of your question, IP Blocks are assigned by Internet Provider, not specifically by geographic area.

Hope this helps.
