I have recently upgraded and re-formatted my PC and re-installed Alacatel Speedtouch's Speed Touch Connection + Dr Speedtouch. However, I’m having difficulty in accessing the internet.

I select Speed Touch Connection and my user name and password are accepted and the internet icon appears in the bottom right. However when I open IE or Firefox all I get is "page cannot be displayed" or "connection to server refused" (Firefox message).

The internet icon properties box for the connection read after a 1hr:

Sent: 945

Received: 658

Any Ideas??
