Cassette recording through PC possible ?

This is probably a really stupid question but- is there any way to hook a cassette tape recorder to my PC so I can record on-line radio music ? I tried the regular download file and burn CD routine, but I'm on dial-up. The time it takes to download one song is painful !!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
