Help Feature keeps popping up in every program

Does any one have any suggestions on how to make the help feature stop popping up?

It happens in every program that I run: Explorer, Word, Access, Excel, Adobe. Even if I am not touching the computer the help program will start up for what ever program window is open.

Please tell me if there is a way to make this stop!

That is a very strange problem you have. :tazz:
