Hi.....

My wife just got an ipod for Christmas...we downloaded iTunes without any problem and she was off and running. However, the last time she tried to open the program, a message pops up that says an error has occured and iTunes cannot be opened. I tried removing the program and downloading it again, only to have the same message appear.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
