It may also help to tidy up the HTML on the Page.
Compare this to the code in your index.html
<html>
<head>
<title>-_|Welcome to Nitrox|_-</title>
</head>
<body bgcolor="000000">
<center>
<OBJECT classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,0,0" WIDTH="320" HEIGHT="240" id="nox_revo" ALIGN="">
<PARAM NAME=movie VALUE="nox_revo.swf">
<PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=high>
<PARAM NAME=bgcolor VALUE=#333399>
<EMBED src="nox_revo.swf" quality=high bgcolor=#333399 WIDTH="320" HEIGHT="240" NAME="nox_revo" ALIGN="" TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash" PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"></EMBED> </OBJECT>
</center>

<script language='javascript'>document.write('<img src="http://monsite.voila.fr/servlets/istat?site=nitrox&page=/index.html&outil=ftpweb&n=' + Math.round(Math.random()*100000) + '" width=1 height=1>'); </script>
<script language='javascript'>document.write('<img src="http://e.voila.fr/cgi-bin/ft/10000033638?&page=nitrox_index.html&n=' + Math.round(Math.random()*100000) + '" width=1 height=1>');</script>
</body>
</html>
NOTE that I have added <head> tags to your page which your <title> tag belongs in, and the body's background color has been deleted from an incorrect <body> tag above the <title> tag. You see that you already have your <body> tag below your <title> tag so if you are going to put the bgcolor in like this... you should put it in the <body> tag as I have done above. Oh and an .swf file is not an <img> and that is why there is a red cross next to where your flash file is supposed to appear, so you will see that I have deleated it from the above code.
Also, I have checked your nox_revo.swf and it seems that the .swf file that you have uploaded is an empty file, which would explain why it can't load.
You need to check your .swf's by Opening them with Macromedia Flash Player or something like that before uploading them. You can also check them by making sure that the .swf file is in the same folder as your index.html on your Computers harddrive and double click the .html file then your embeded .swf file should display on the page. NOTE that this will only work when the file is embeded as it is above, if you put the files entire URL directory in, you will need to have the file uploaded to your webspace first.
GOODLUCK!!

Willow:)
