VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP is an integrated graphics card and basically weedy when it comes to running today's games.
If it's source your running then your going to have to upgrade that graphics card.

To be able to play the game you'll need a new graphics card.

Its an online game that runs on the source engine a brand new highly intensive very beautiful Dx9 game engine, no matter how new the pc is if it doesnt have a graphics card then its not going to run it. It wont play hl2 either.

Well you need to find out what kind of graphics card interface you have and what speed it is, what you want is either PCI express or AGP, if you dont know you can use CPU-Z and it will tell you what you have but it sometimes doesnt read it properly but it always tell you the mobo model so you can check the manufacturer to find out.
Or you can use one of the other system detection softwares like everest or sandra.
