I require guru assistance... :tazz:

Just if anyone utilises the business contacts manager in outlook 2003 I am having a minor issue with all my conacts...

Contact's birthdays/anniversaries etc come up in the calendar more than once. For example John Smith would appear twice on 28 Febuary for having a birthday in 2 seperate instances.

If it means anything the contacts are categorised into more than one categorie and i back up my business contact information sometimes.

Not a big issue I agree but just if anyone knows,

also, when i back up business contact information as a (file > business database > backup) and transfer the backup to my outlook 2003 business contact manger at home, calendar information is left out, can this be done?
