How can you guys hate flying? Give me a plane to New York or Louisana anyday! :)

Name: Dave
Alias : Comrade General (I call all my friends "Comrades" so they gave me the nickname of "Comrade General" because they know I am interested in a military career.
Level/Position: Member
Favorite forum/Most active in: Hardware or something. :)
avatar: Let's work harder Comrades! I have always been interested in The Soviet Union ever since playing Command and Conquer Red Alert. I knew it was a game and fake, but I knew there was a Soviet Union, so I started reading up and got facinated with it. (PS: I don't believe in Communism/Socialism just to let you know, let Capitalism rule anyday! :woot:)
Where I am on the planet Earth: Currently Texas of the United States of America.
Favorite past time: Baseball and gaming! BOOM HEADSHOT! My Chinese Overlords whoop you. :tazz:
music type: Heavy Metal or Punk Rock! (Don't like Green Day though. :))
Hoping to become a: An airforce pilot of an F-16! Or a general of some division in the army. Or a Nuclear Engineer.

I just got to be a geek because I liked the shinyness of the computer. (Also I always wonder how things work, how I can make them better, and how I can build things... But I don't think that counts now does it? :P)

Pretzels, i never get how people can like those maybe ive just never had a good one but they are just weird not quite a biscuit not quite a dohnut not quite a cake.

You should try flying military if you think airline food is bad, soggy sandwiches, a packet of crisps with way to much salt, biscuits that are always broken and a way to small cartoon of orange juice, mmm great.

They get different in the navy, princes tinned stew is waht you guys get on the ships. What you eat depends on the service, army eat crap all the time, RAF eat great most of the time but our flight boxes are absolutely mingin, and the navy well you guys eat any old thing as long as its from a tin or wrapped in tin foil as its all several years old by the time you get to eat it.

Ah the finer points of military eating, if your ever in RAF boulmer go down the mess there its small but its the best food youll ever have. You might get down there with the navy on a flying visit so visit the mess, youll soom realise that youll spend most of your time working out where to get your next meal and your next pint.

Gotta love the military.
