I have a problem with my laptop. The other day my wife took out her frustrations and dropped it on the floor (about a 2 ft fall). Since the fall I can not use either of my USB ports. I plug a device in to the port and nothing happens. I wiggle the cable, windows thinks for a second, and gives me this error. (USB Device Not Recognized - One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.) I took the lap top appart and checked the mobo and USB port terminals, nothing looks out of place or broken. What next, any ideas?
